roohafza shrikhand magnum by chef Vandana Gupta

*Hamdard  roohafza Shrikhand magnum*

Ingredients-
Hung curd-1 cup
Hamdard Roohafza-1/2 cup
(Or more according to the sweetness you want)
Kesar threads-7-8
Cardamom-5
Dairy cream-2 tbs
Sugar-2 ts
Melted chocolate-1 cup
(For coating )
Pista-for garnish
Dried rose petals-for garnish

Method-
🍧Take a bowl and put hung curd in it.
🍧Now add 3-4 tbs of hamdard roohafza.
🍧Now add Kesar threads to it.
🍧Now grind sugar and cardamom together and put it into the batter.
🍧Now mix everything together.
🍧Now add the remaining hamdard roohafza into the batter.you can always adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
🍧Now the hamdard roohafza Shrikhand is ready to fill in our ice-cream magnum silicone moulds.
🍧Keep it in freezer for 9-10 hrs.
🍧Now melt chocolate in microwave.
🍧Now take the hamdard roohafza Shrikhand magnum and dip it in chocolate.
🍧 Garnish with rose petals n pista.
🍧Tada ready to serve .
